About us

The Oval (St. Helens)  is our pride & joy, it’s where we’ll assess and support Parents with their babies for upto 12 weeks, working closely with Social Services in our Ofsted registered Residential Family Centre.

We’re looking for ambitious staff to join our team.

Within The Oval we can support upto 5 families at any one time, and we believe it’s important they know who is working with them while they’re with us. That’s where you come in!

Within the larger team will be leads on Substance Misuse, Health & Domestic Violence, so we’re keen to hear from you if you specialise in these subjects.

We will work with you on your own development to further enhance the lives of those that we care for.

Part of your role will be to deliver sessions to the Parents to help them be the best they can be.

Within The Oval our primary focus is always on what is best for the babies that are with us, and we know the best way to achieve this is by being completely honest, transparent and empathetic with the family.

Within Shape Care our primary focus is you. We’ll make sure you feel valued, fairly compensated and empowered. You’ll find out much more once you’ve registered interest with us.

Our 20 odd years of experience tell us we can never rest on our laurels so we continually read, develop ourselves & strive for better, so part of trying to shape the industry with us means you will share these views.
